We want every bottle to make your bathroom experience better. If it doesn't, we've got you covered.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or sprayed bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@fragranceflush.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll send return instructions (prepaid label provided for defective or damaged items).
  3. Ship the item back securely.

Refunds

Approved returns receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the package.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
